Unfortunately products have faults and these can arise at the most awkward and inconvenient times which in turn place unnecessary strain on businesses.

Rings Security Shutters and Gates Ltd offer a Nationwide emergency cover. We operate 24  Hours a day 365 Days a year with a dedicated internal call out team which enables us to be more efficient with any follow up works.

Once calls are logged we aim to provide a 3-hour response on site. To assist with this fully  skilled engineer(s) are dispatched from their strategic positions within the UK and Ireland.

Tracking systems are used to give estimated times of arrival whilst allowing the call out  team to send the best team in the most efficient time.

Any NEW products will be provided with a warranty of 12 months providing there is no  misuse and abuse and its deemed a genuine product fault.
