The Rings Security Shutters & Gates Ltd high-speed door range are designed to provide a range of rapid opening and closing barriers.

Best suited to industrial and commercial properties where there is a need to reduce heat loss from buildings where there is a high-level volume of traffic through the openings.

The high-speed doors help to reduce the carbon footprint by reducing energy usage and consequent costs.

Ideally suited to all types of warehouse/commercial properties, where internal openings and external roller shutter openings need to be used frequently for passing through traffic and still provide sound and insulation barriers.

The high-speed doors are made to measure, CE marked and fitted with direct drive motors with integral safety brakes, ensuring compliance with all current European directives to give our clients peace of mind.

The high-speed doors can be manufactured to suit openings up to 6m wide x 6m high subject to suitable supporting structure and can be fitted with a wide variety of operating systems to suit client requirements.

All doors are fitted with the requisite safety equipment to ensure the doors operate in a safe manner in the working environment.

Rapid rise PVC curtain type

The PVC curtain type is made from 4mm thick PVC sheet in solid colour panels – Clear see through section panels can be incorporated.

All PVC curtains are fitted with wind bar systems, to prevent the doors blowing out of the side guides in windy environments.

Bottom rails are fitted with electrically monitored safety edge system and the doors are fitted with electric photo cell safety beams, to activate stop and return of the curtain, when it comes into contact with an obstruction or if safety beams are broken by passing objects.

Insulated steel shutter type

The insulated steel foam filled lath type is designed to be an effective alternative to the standard external roller shutter, where insulation and rapid rise activation minimizes heat loss.

All steel shutters are made with 95mm foam filled interlocking steel laths set into steel guides with integral brush strips.

system and the doors are fitted with electric photo cell safety beams, to activate stop and return of the curtain, when it comes into contact with an obstruction or if safety beams are broken by passing objects.
