Standard steel doors are manufactured from 45mm thick door leaves constructed from 2 x 1.2mm ‘Rustec’ steel sheets which are Dutch folded and internally bonded with 42mm ‘Hetatex’ honeycomb core.

The door frames are made from roll formed 1.6mm Rustec steel to form 104mm single rebate frames and can be fitted with adjustable side cappings to ensure that the doors can be easily set into all types of structural openings.

The Steel doors can be fitted with glazed or louvered panels, if required

All powder coated doors are covered by a 3-year anti rust warranty (Excludes marine environments).

We use Briton 376/378 panic hardware for standard fire exit doors but can upgrade to heavier duty hardware to suit client’s requirements.
