The Rings Security Shutters & Gates Ltd Trellice Gates are designed to provide an architecturally acceptable physical barrier product which answers the growing need for protection against vandalism and burglary. Further considering planning requirements for light transmission and vision to retail and commercial properties.

The Trellice gate range is designed to give a classic appearance with a high level of security.

Designed for internal use, the gates offer maximum light transmission and are particularly suited to ground floor windows and glazed doors on domestic, retail and commercial property.

The gates can be supplied in either ‘x’ lattice or ‘s’ lattice as standard and are safe and easy to handle, sliding to the side to give an unobtrusive appearance whilst open.

The gates are hung from a top track via wheeled bearing assemblies and have a guide track at the bottom, giving a smooth and quiet operation.

Locking is via multipoint locating side lugs operated from a single key.

The standard range gates offer a high level of security, but we can offer an insurance approved ‘Secure by Design’ version which is tested to LPS 1175 standards.

The gates can be configured as a single sash or bi part and can be supplied with lift up or removable bottom tracks, where through traffic access is required.

Domestic, retail and commercial properties can benefit from the high security provided by the trellice gate range and are custom made to suit all types of opening – The gates can be made up to 6000mm wide in a single span, subject to site logistics.

Galvanized steel lattice flat bars set into vertical steel pickets posts and 60mm x 45mm rolled steel locking posts.

Top track made from 40mm x 40mm rolled steel with bottom track made from 50mm x 30mm rolled steel ‘W’ track or extruded aluminum inverted ‘T’ track,

Gates can be made from 800mm wide to 6000mm wide and up to 3,0m high – Subject to suitability of site structures and logistics.
