The Rings Security Shutters & Gates Ltd roller shutter range has been developed to provide an architecturally acceptable solution to the growing need for vandalism, burglary protection for commercial and retail properties.

The industrial roller shutter is a proven design which has for decades provided security for a wide range of openings.

Ideally suited for use in securing larger and frequently openings on retail and commercial properties.

The Industrial range of shutters are designed for use in all types of loading bay and warehouse applications.

The shutters are made with heavy gauge galvanized rolled steel 75mm curved profile and the design of the side guides can be made to withstand wind loadings, if in exposed areas.

The shutters can be supplied manually operated via geared hand chain operation but are recommended to be electrically operated, for ease of use, with manual chain override in the event of power failure.

Electric operation is also is recommended for prolonging the lifespan of the shutters.

75mm curved profile in 22 gauge (0.7mm) or 20 gauge (0.9mm) or 18 gauge (1.2mm) pre galvanized steel.

The laths are held in place with steel end locks and are supplied with either a preformed T shaped or L shaped bottom rail.

The shutter guides come in a variety of sizes ranging from 50mm to 100mm, to suit each application. Wind endlocks can be incorporated for large span external applications.

NB: We can provide the Solid 75 shutter up to 11 Metres in width – Subject to suitability of site logistics and structure to fix to.
