The Rings Security Shutters & Gates Ltd roller shutter range has been developed to provide an architecturally acceptable solution to the growing need for vandalism, burglary protection for commercial and retail properties.

Where there is a specification requirement for insulation to building perimeters or internally, Rings Security Shutters and Gates Ltd can offer a foam filled steel lath roller shutter with excellent insulation properties.

Ideally suited for industrial warehouse and distribution depot applications, the pregalvanised steel foam filled 95mm laths give excellent thermal transmittance values 1.1w/(M2k) in the centre of the lath and 3.2w/(m2k) at the connecting quirk positions.

The shutters are capable of being fitted into openings up to 6m high and can accommodate large span openings up to 10.m wide, whilst maintaining class 5 wind loadings, subject to suitable supporting structures.

The roller shutters come with a wide variety of motor/control options, incorporating safety edge and photocell equipment where required.

The shutter laths are available in powder coated finish or from a standard range of Plastisol coated finishes.

NB: We can provide the Industrial Insulated Roller shutter up to 10 Meters in width – Subject to suitability of site logistics and structure to fix to.
